1. Shipping Cost

If your shipping address is within continental U.S. and the purchase amount is under $10.00, the shipping is $5.00. The shipping charge is $8.00 for the amount between $10.00 and $99.99. The shipping is FREE over $100.00 purchase.

We usually ship next business day by UPS Ground or USPS(Priority Mail or First Class).

The offer doesn't apply to UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS 3 Day Select, or international shipping including Canada.



2. International Orders(Canada, Australia, England, etc.)

LuxeBag.com is pleased to offer international shipping!

The shipping cost to Canada is determined by the total amount of your purchase regardless of quantity. USPS First Class Mail to Canada starts at $6.00 and USPS Priority Mail International shipping rates to Canada start at $17.00. You can see the exact shipping cost when you check out.

The shipping charge to Austalia, England, etc. will be informed after your email inquiry. Please let us know the item number and shipping address.

Please be aware that the USPS First Class Mail rate is much cheaper than USPS Priority Mail, but the tracking of USPS First Class Mail is NOT available. Items that are shipped via this method are not insured and will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged. If you need to guarantee delivery, please choose USPS Priority Mail. The USPS Priority Mail provides tracking number.

While most international packages are delivered within 7-14 days, in rare instances, delays can be experienced. We are not responsible if your package is delayed during shipping or held up in customs. All customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer.



3. Discount program for our customers

Please use the discount code that we sent by email after your purchase. When you check out, please input the code, and you can automatically get 10% discount.



4. Inquiry about Wholesale

We do wholesale, too. If you are interested in wholesale, please email us your business information(store name, owner's name, address, telephone number, email address) and fax the copy of business license or seller's permit at (310)541-8706. After reviewing them, we will let you access our wholesale information.



5. Delivery time and weekend

We ship your package next day after your order is received. So, in the case of UPS 2nd Day Air, it takes actually 3 business days, and UPS 3 Day Select takes 4 business days. UPS doesn't count weekend(Saturday and Sunday).



6. Payment Method and Security

We accept credit card(Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) and PayPal. You can send money order or cashiers check, too.

We don't accept credit card for international orders other than Canada. Only PayPal or Western Union payment is available.

8. The Return Policy of LuxeBag.com for Holiday Season

Please read our return policy and thoroughly check the item right after opening the package.

If you find any defects on the product, or want to exchange it with other item, or get a refund, please email us at sales@LuxeBag.com for a return authorization within 10 days of receiving the shipment, and the product must be returned to LuxeBag within 7 calendar days of the issuance of the return authorization.

All products must be new and packed in the original conditions, and all product tags and the original vinyl bag must be included. If you send us the used one, or without tags or original vinyl bag, the returned item will be send back to you and the shipping cost will be charged to you.

For all products, if the item is returned in original conditions, according to our return procedure, we will exchange it or provide you a refund based on your original method of payment. In the case of exchange, you have to pay the new shipping cost. If you want to get a refund, we will not issue a refund for the shipping cost that we already paid.
